  • Week 1

    Kickoff + Brand Clarity 

    What to bring:

    -Notebook or digital device to take notes

    -A printed or digital copy of your current logo, brand colors, or visuals (if any)

    -Links to your Instagram, booking site, or website (if available)

    -Your “why” — a short reflection on why you became a beauty professional and what lights you up in your work

    How to Prepare:

    Reflect on what makes your approach to beauty different and impactful

    Identify 2-3 services or skills you’re most known for

    Be ready to share your current business model and where you want to grow

    Come open-minded and ready to get clear on how your personal story can fuel your brand

  • Week 2

    Brand-Building Workshop

    Prep Checklist:

    Have your notes from Week 1 nearby

    Be ready to work on your value proposition and brand pillars

    Make sure your Zoom setup is working (camera on encouraged!)

    Bring questions you have about building your authority or signature offer

    Content Creation Lab

    Bring to the Lab:

    A few selfies or photos that represent your brand (headshots, behind-the-scenes, transformations)

    Sample captions or ideas you’ve posted or want to post

    Canva account (free is fine) or a tool you use to create visuals

    Your brand vibe: bold? soft? luxury? healing? fun? Bring it!

  • Week 4

    Pitch Day + Celebration Mixer

    Prep Like a Pro:

    Bring your final pitch deck, media kit, or one-pager (digital or printed)

    Dress on-brand — show up as the CEO of your brand

    Be ready to present your offer, story, and value with confidence

    Celebrate yourself and others — this is a big milestone!

FAQs

What if I can’t make one of these sessions?

We understand life happens! However, attendance is strongly encouraged for all sessions—especially Weeks 1 and 4, which are in-person and foundational. Limited replays may be available for virtual sessions, but in-person events will not be recorded. Please plan ahead and communicate early if you anticipate a conflict.

Do I need to have a brand or product already launched to participate?

Not at all. This accelerator is designed to help you build or refine your brand beyond the chair. Whether you’re starting from scratch or pivoting your current business, we’ll meet you where you are and guide you step-by-step.

Is there homework or assignments between sessions?

Yes—light but impactful. Each week will include focused exercises to help you implement what you learn (e.g., outlining your offer, writing content, refining your pitch). These will help you leave with real results, not just ideas.

Will I get 1-on-1 coaching?

You’ll get personalized feedback and group coaching throughout the program. While we won’t have extended 1-on-1 sessions, there will be time for Q&A, breakout discussions, and individualized support during workshops. You can always schedule 1 on 1 with a WBC advisor after the accelerator.

What’s included in the final Pitch Day?

Pitch Day is your moment to shine! You’ll share your brand and offer in a safe, supportive environment, get feedback from experienced entrepreneurs, and celebrate your growth.
