100 Women

Class of 2026

The Pasadena Women’s Business Center is proud to celebrate the extraordinary women who make our communities stronger, more vibrant, and more resilient through our inaugural 100 Women Luncheon.

This year marks year 1 and the honorees are a powerful mix of entrepreneurs, founders, creatives, community leaders, and advocates for small business—women who have built brands, created jobs, opened doors for others, and continued to show up even when the road was anything but easy.

Our 2026 theme, “Bold Enough To Bloom,” is a tribute to the courage it takes to build something meaningful in uncertain times. From navigating the lasting impacts of COVID-19 to rebuilding through the devastation of the Los Angeles fires, these women have demonstrated what resilience truly looks like. They have adapted, innovated, supported their communities, and continued to grow through seasons that would have caused many to give up.

Today, we celebrate not only their accomplishments, but their persistence, their leadership, and the boldness it takes to keep blooming anyway.

To the 100 Women being honored:

thank you for inspiring us, uplifting others, and proving that small businesses are often powered by extraordinarily big hearts.
